Curcumin in a Phytosome form

The curcumin in CX-2 Solutions comes as Meriva, a complex of Curcuma longa root extract with phosphatidylcholine. The manufacturer describes this Phytosome format as more bioavailable than standard curcumin. Methylsulfonylmethane, better known as MSM, is included at 500 mg per serving.

Glucosamine and phellodendron alongside

Each three-capsule serving also provides 750 mg of glucosamine HCl, sourced from shrimp and crab, and 250 mg of Phellodendron amurense bark extract. The label allows one or two servings a day, so this is a formula designed around several capsules at a time.
