The tablets come in small tubs intended for topping up a pocket-sized 10-tablet tube, so a supply can sit in a desk drawer, car, handbag or gym bag. Keeping them in separate tubs helps the tablets stay fresh until each one is opened. Across the pack there are 120 orange tablets.
A short, free-from recipe
The tablets are 93% dextrose, with maltodextrin, flavouring and citric acid making up most of the rest. The manufacturer states they contain no caffeine, taurine, gluten, artificial colours or artificial sweeteners, and that they are suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
When to reach for them
Lift positions these tablets for performance, long days, late nights and travel, whenever you want a measured amount of glucose. The full pack measures about 21.9 x 10.7 x 7.7 cm and the tablets are made in Hungary.
How to use
Chew one to three tablets when you need a measured dose of glucose. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in a cool, dry place, out of reach of small children.

Dextrose monohydrate (93%), maltodextrin, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), flavouring, citric acid, fully hydrogenated vegetable fat (sustainably sourced palm kernel oil), emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids).
