Glucose you can take before activity

Lift suggests chewing these tablets 10 to 15 minutes before high-energy activities, or whenever you want a measured amount of glucose. They are aimed at sport, long days, late nights and travel. Each tablet is 93% dextrose with a raspberry flavour.

Tubs that refill your pocket tube

The pack is made up of separate tubs, each designed to top up a 10-tablet on-the-go tube kept in a bag, car or desk. Opening one tub at a time helps keep the remaining tablets fresh. In total you get 120 tablets.

What is left out

The manufacturer states the tablets contain no caffeine, taurine, gluten, artificial colours or artificial sweeteners. They are described as suitable for vegetarians and vegans. The full pack measures about 21.5 x 10 x 7.5 cm.

How to use

Chew one to three tablets when you need a measured dose of glucose, or 10 to 15 minutes before high-energy activities. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Full ingredients

Dextrose monohydrate (93%), maltodextrin, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), flavouring, citric acid, fully hydrogenated vegetable fat (sustainably sourced palm kernel oil), emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids).
