Seriously Delicious is an emulsified fish oil supplement with a smooth, creamy texture and a natural fruit flavour. The label says it is designed so you taste the fruit rather than the fish. The suggested serving is one tablespoon, taken straight or stirred into yogurt, oatmeal or a smoothie.
What is in each serving
The label lists 1,080 mg of omega-3 (EPA and DHA) from ultra-purified fish oils plus 15 mcg (600 IU) of vitamin D. The fish oil comes from anchovy, mackerel, sardine and/or tuna, so it is not suitable for anyone avoiding fish.
Free-from and sweetening
It is dairy free, gluten free, non-GMO Project Verified and made without artificial flavours or colours. It is sweetened with xylitol and labelled sugar free, but it is not a low-calorie food.
How to use
Adults and children aged 4 and over: take one tablespoon daily, straight or mixed into yogurt, oatmeal or a smoothie. Shake well and refrigerate after opening.
