A creamy, spoonable fish oil

Spoon it straight from the bottle or stir it into smoothies, yogurt, oatmeal and similar foods. The oil comes from anchovy, mackerel, sardine and/or tuna, and the lemonade flavour is called Chirpin' Slurpin'.

What the label says

Each serving contains 540 mg of EPA and DHA omega-3. It has no added sugar and is sweetened with xylitol, and the brand lists it as gluten free, dairy free and Non-GMO Project Verified. Barlean's has been making products since 1989.

How to use

Take 1 1/2 teaspoons daily, from a spoon or mixed into smoothies, yogurt, oatmeal and similar foods. Shake well and refrigerate after opening.
