Crunchy cacao to use in place of chocolate chips

Cacao nibs are pieces of cacao bean with a crunchy bite and a deep chocolate flavour, and Zint sells them as a single-ingredient, 100% non-alkalised cacao product. They work in baking in place of chocolate chips in cookies and brownies, in trail mixes with nuts and dried fruit, or ground into smoothies. Some people simply snack on them from the pouch.

How to use
