This is a non-alkalised cacao powder made from one ingredient, organic cacao. The beans are fermented and sun-dried, pressed into a paste and then milled into a powder with a rich, complex and subtly bitter taste. The beans are selectively harvested by hand for ripeness.

Ways to use it

A little goes a long way, so a tablespoon is enough to add a chocolate flavour to smoothies and shakes. It also works in cakes, brownies and truffles, or sprinkled over fresh fruit.
