Ghee made from pure cow's milk in a 32 oz (907 g) pack, for cooking and baking.
Product details
Cow's milk ghee from India
This Amul ghee lists India as its country of origin and is made from pure cow's milk. It is stored at room temperature rather than in the fridge, so it can sit in the cupboard alongside your cooking oils.
For cooking and baking
The manufacturer lists it for cooking and baking, so use it wherever a recipe calls for ghee. Keeping it at room temperature means it is ready to spoon straight from the pack.
A large kitchen size
The pack holds 32 oz, which is 907 g, and the manufacturer also describes it as a 1 litre size. The package measures roughly 14.4 x 10 x 10 cm, a practical size for households that cook with ghee regularly.
How to use
Store at room temperature and use for cooking and baking.
Before you choose
Made from cow's milk, so it is not suitable for anyone avoiding milk or dairy. Always read the label on your pack for allergen and storage advice. US-market product: packaging and label wording may differ from UK versions.
