MegaRed sources its krill from the Antarctic, from a fishery independently certified to the Marine Stewardship Council standard for a well-managed and sustainable fishery. The oil is a Superba2 krill oil blend, and the label lists 90 mg of omega-3s per softgel.
An easy-to-swallow softgel with a vanilla scent
The softgel is described as easy to swallow, and ethyl vanillin gives it a vanilla scent. The manufacturer says it leaves no fishy aftertaste, which some people notice with standard fish oil. It contains no artificial colours.
