A complete daily multi

One A Day Women's Multi is a multivitamin and multimineral supplement, taken as a single tablet a day with food. The label lists B vitamins, vitamins A, C, D and E, folic acid, calcium, selenium, zinc and copper among its nutrients.

What it leaves out

The label states that there are no artificial flavours, no artificial sweeteners and no FD&C colours. The tablets contain gelatin, so they are not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.

A bottle for months of use

At one tablet a day, a 200-tablet bottle lasts 200 days. The safety seal under the cap is printed with the Bayer HealthCare name, and the bottle has a child-resistant cap.

How to use

Adults take one tablet daily with food.

Before you choose

Contains iron: accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6, so keep it out of reach of children and call a doctor or poison control centre immediately in case of accidental overdose. For adult use only, not for children. Ask a health professional before use if you are pregnant, breast-feeding, taking medication or have any medical condition. Do not use if the printed safety seal under the cap is torn or missing. Store at room temperature and avoid heat above 40°C (104°F).
