Centrum Women brings vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, B12, C, D, E and K together with key minerals in a single tablet. It is formulated around women's nutritional priorities, and the mineral content includes iron, zinc and selenium, alongside biotin. One tablet covers the daily dose.

What comes in the pack

How to use

Take one tablet each day with a glass of water, preferably with food. Always replace the lid after use.
