Two ways to use one pad

These Numbuzin No.3 pads are cut large enough to double as a mini sheet mask. On a quick day, swipe one over freshly washed skin; when you have more time, lay pads over the face and leave them on for about 10 minutes. The essence also contains niacinamide, sodium hyaluronate, betaine and adenosine.

Built on fermented ingredients

Numbuzin states the essence uses 50 kinds of fermented ingredients. The list includes saccharomyces, aspergillus and lactobacillus ferments made with ingredients such as rice, soybean, pumpkin, ginseng root and acerola cherry. The brand describes the aim as a glowing, more radiant-looking complexion.

What comes in the tub

The tub holds 70 pads soaked in essence, or 70 days at one pad a day. The listed pack measures about 8.9 x 8.9 x 8.8 cm. Close the lid after each use so the remaining pads stay moist.

How to use

After washing your face, wipe a pad from the centre of the face outwards, following the skin and avoiding the eye area. For a mask, place pads on the face for about 10 minutes. Close the cap after use so the pads do not dry out.

Before you choose

The essence includes a ferment made with milk and several soy-based ferments, so check the list if you have allergies, and patch test if your skin is sensitive. Keep away from the eyes. Korean-market product: packaging may show Korean text.
