Where the oil comes from
The oil is purified arctic cod liver oil in a gelatin soft gel. Nordic Naturals says it uses fresh, wild-caught fish and delivers triglyceride-form omega-3s, and the label notes third-party purity testing and a Friend of the Sea sustainability certification.
