Loose nettle leaf for brewing
Nettle (Urtica dioica) is a perennial herb with serrated, stinging leaves, native to Europe, Asia and North America. Once dried and cut, the leaves brew into a mild, earthy tea with subtle grassy hints and a fresh, herbal aroma.
Plain or with mint
The tea can be enjoyed on its own or paired with mint for a more refreshing cup, as the manufacturer suggests. Loose leaves let you adjust the strength by using more or less per cup.
