Dried rose buds for flower tea

These are dried whole rose buds (Rosa damascena), which the manufacturer states are cultivated in Bulgaria's Rose Valley.

They brew into a delicate, subtly floral tea with a fragrant rose aroma.

How to use

Add 2-3 blossoms to 250 ml of hot water, steep for 5-7 minutes, then strain. A strainer or infuser works best.

For a teapot of 600-800 ml, use 2 teaspoons of buds and steep for 3-4 minutes in water at around 80-90 degrees C. The buds can be reused, steeping a little longer each time.
