Hydro Pak SportTrace Hydro Pak Sport Strawberry Coconut 30 Stick Packs, 8 g (0.3 oz)

Built for long sessions

Hydro Pak Sport is aimed at long efforts such as marathon running, hours on the bike or a long hike. Each stick combines sodium and potassium with dextrose, a simple sugar, plus vitamin B12 and the brand's ConcenTrace trace minerals. The flavour is natural strawberry coconut, sweetened with Reb A and Reb M and coloured with beet root.

One stick or two, depending on the day

For general daily drinking, one stick gives 300 mg of sodium, 200 mg of potassium, 3 mcg of vitamin B12 and 100 mg of ConcenTrace, at 20 calories and 5 g of carbohydrate. For endurance, two sticks double everything to 600 mg of sodium, 400 mg of potassium and 40 calories. That makes the box flexible between training days and rest days.

What is in the box

There are 30 stick packs of 8 g, and the box measures about 15 x 11.6 x 8.3 cm. The powder is labelled certified vegan, gluten free and third-party tested, and is made in the USA from global ingredients in a cGMP facility.

How to use

During physical activity, add two sticks to 16-24 fl oz (about 480-720 ml) of water. For everyday hydration, add one stick to 8-16 fl oz (about 240-480 ml) of water. Store in a cool, dry place; some caking may occur, but this does not affect the quality.
