Ionic Selenium Liquid Mineral Supplement Trace Ionic Selenium Liquid Mineral Supplement, 59 ml (2 fl oz)

A liquid selenium supplement

This is an ionic selenium formula in liquid form rather than a capsule or tablet. It is made with Concentrace, and the label describes it as vegan and gluten free.

Made in a cGMP facility and third-party tested

The brand states the liquid is made in a cGMP facility and tested by a third party. The base is simple: purified water, citric acid and potassium benzoate, and the label says it has no known allergens.

How far a bottle goes

The suggested amount is 1.25 ml (a quarter of a teaspoon) per day, so a 59 ml bottle holds roughly 47 servings at that amount.

How to use

Shake well. Take 1.25 ml (1/4 teaspoon) daily. The brand suggests adding it to a flavoured drink or to food to mask the strong mineral taste. Do not refrigerate.
