How to use

Build up gradually: 20 drops a day in week 1, 30 drops in week 2, 40 drops in week 3, then up to 80 drops a day from week 4 onwards, adding 5 drops a day as tolerated. Take up to 4 ml (0.8 teaspoon, 80 drops) daily, spread through the day. Do not refrigerate.
