Omega-3 with CoQ10Thorne Omega-3 with CoQ10, 90 Gelcaps

Two ingredients in a single gelcap

This formula pairs omega-3 fatty acids with coenzyme Q10 so that both come in one gelcap rather than as two separate products. The label lists 450 mg of EPA and 180 mg of DHA alongside the CoQ10.

What the gelcap is made from

The shell is bovine gelatin, purified water and glycerin from a vegetable source, with vitamin E added as mixed tocopherols. The oil comes from anchovy, so the product contains fish and is not suitable for anyone avoiding fish or gelatin.

How long a bottle lasts

The suggested use is one gelcap two to three times a day, or as your healthcare practitioner recommends. At that rate a 90-gelcap bottle lasts roughly 30 to 45 days.

How to use

Take 1 gelcap two to three times daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
