CoQ10Thorne CoQ10, 100 mg, 60 Gelcaps

100 mg of ubiquinone in a gelcap

Each gelcap supplies 100 mg of CoQ10 in the ubiquinone form, which the label describes as optimally absorbed and a Thorne exclusive. Thorne files it under its Foundational range.

Gelcap and allergen details

The gelcap is made from bovine gelatin and glycerin, with lycopene and turmeric used for colour, plus conjugated linoleic acid, flaxseed oil and soy monoglycerides. The label lists it as gluten free and notes it contains soy.

How to use

Take one gelcap once or twice daily, or as recommended by your health-care practitioner.

Before you choose

Contains soy-derived soy monoglycerides, and the gelcap is made with bovine gelatin, so it is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans. Check with your health-care practitioner before use if you are pregnant. Use only if the bottle is sealed and store tightly sealed in a cool, dry place. Food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Not a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a doctor before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision. US-market product: packaging and label wording may differ from UK versions.
