Creatine Thorne Creatine, 30 Stick Packs, 5.15 g (0.18 oz) Each

Single-serve creatine sticks

Each stick pack contains 5.15 g of powder, providing 5 g of 100% pure creatine monohydrate in a micronised form. The manufacturer says the micronised form gives better water solubility.

Portable and easy to mix

Because each serving is pre-measured, the sticks are convenient to carry or keep in a gym bag. The label directs mixing one stick in at least 8 oz (about 240 ml) of water, juice or a preferred drink daily.

The label describes the product as gluten free and notes that it carries the NSF Certified for Sport mark. It is manufactured in the USA using US and imported ingredients, with silicon dioxide as the only other ingredient.
