Single-serve amino acid sticks

Thorne Amino Complex supplies all nine essential amino acids in a 2:1:1 BCAA ratio, according to the manufacturer, and is made without sugar. Each 7.7 g stick pack is a ready-measured serving, handy for a gym bag or desk drawer, and each serving contains 25 calories.

Flavour and sweetening

The berry flavour comes from natural flavours with stevia and fruit and vegetable juice for colour. The manufacturer describes the product as gluten free and NSF Certified for Sport. It can be taken on its own or stirred in alongside a scoop of your usual protein powder.
