Fish oil from Alaska pollock
TherOmega uses AlaskOmega, a molecularly distilled fish oil concentrate that the manufacturer describes as sustainable, made from Alaska pollock. Theralogix states the oil is tested by the International Fish Oil Standards (IFOS) programme for contaminants such as mercury, lead and PCBs, and for freshness. The product is also NSF contents certified, according to the label.
Concentrated omega-3 in one softgel a day
Each softgel provides 750 mg of total omega-3s within its 1,000 mg of fish oil, so the daily serving is a single capsule. The softgels contain no dyes and are labelled gluten free, with natural mixed tocopherols included in the capsule. They are manufactured in the USA in a GMP-compliant facility.
A large supply in one bottle
At one softgel a day, the 270 capsules last around nine months. The bottle measures about 16.6 x 8.8 x 8.8 cm and should be kept in its original packaging.
How to use
