An easier-to-take fish oil concentrate

These 1,000 mg softgels hold a concentrated fish oil with an enteric coating and odour control. The manufacturer states the concentrate is molecularly distilled and made under strict quality control, with testing for contaminants such as PCBs, dioxins, mercury and other heavy metals.

Each softgel is labelled 500 EPA / 250 DHA and the pack holds 90. The shell is made with bovine gelatin, so it is not a vegetarian product. The fish oil comes from anchovies and sardines, sourced from Peru, Morocco, Mauritania and South Africa, and the brand describes the product as non-GMO and halal.

How to use

Take 1 softgel 1 to 2 times daily with food.

Other ingredients: Softgel capsule [bovine gelatin (BSE-free), glycerin, enteric coating (pharmaceutical glaze, ethyl alcohol, ammonium hydroxide, glycerin, sunflower lecithin, medium-chain triglycerides), water] and d-alpha tocopherol (from sunflower). Contains fish (anchovies, sardines). Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, shellfish, tree nut or sesame ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
