Omega-3 Liquid Fish Oil Nordic Naturals Omega-3, Lemon, 473 ml (16 fl oz)

A teaspoon-a-day liquid format

Nordic Naturals Omega-3 is a liquid fish oil taken by the teaspoon, rather than in capsules. One serving of about 5 ml provides 1,560 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, and the lemon flavour is designed to avoid a fishy aftertaste.

What the oil is made from

The oil is purified deep sea fish oil from anchovies, sardines, mackerel and herring, with natural flavour, RRR-alpha tocopherol and rosemary extract as a natural preservative. The brand states that it is third-party tested and Friend of the Sea certified sustainable.
