Tablet details and routine

This is a once-daily tablet, so a 60-tablet bottle lasts 60 days. The tablet is cellulose with stearic acid, sodium croscarmellose, silica, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, glycerin, gelatin and brown rice, and it is free from gluten and artificial colours.

Women take 1 tablet daily, preferably with food. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
