Tablet details and routine

This is a once-daily tablet, so a 150-tablet bottle lasts 150 days. The tablet is cellulose with stearic acid, sodium croscarmellose, silica, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, glycerin, gelatin and brown rice, and it is free from gluten and artificial colours.
