Alive! Vitamin C Nature's Way Alive! Vitamin C, 120 Vegan Capsules (125 mg per Capsule)

Plant-based capsule, flexible amount

The capsule shell is a vegetable polysaccharide (pullulan), and the label says the product is vegan, gelatin free and certified organic by QAI. It is free from gluten, wheat, corn, soy, dairy and artificial colours and flavours. The label gives two dose levels, so the pack lasts 30 days at the lower amount.

How to use

For 500 mg of vitamin C, adults take 4 capsules daily. For 1,000 mg, adults take 4 capsules twice daily. Preferably take with food and do not exceed the recommended dose.
