Cold-pressed oil with a stated GLA content

This evening primrose oil is cold-pressed without chemical solvents and contains no starch or artificial colours. The label lists 120 mg of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) per serving, along with 880 mg of linoleic acid, an omega-6 fatty acid.

Softgel format and bottle size

Each bottle holds 120 softgels, each with a 1,300 mg evening primrose oil fill. The softgel shell is made from gelatin, glycerin and purified water, so it is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.

How to use

Adults swallow 1 softgel two to three times daily.
