Pure L-ascorbic acid in a pre-measured tablet

Each tablet delivers 1,000 mg of pharmaceutical grade vitamin C as L-ascorbic acid. The manufacturer describes the tablets as rapid dissolving, and says they may be crushed and added to food or drink if you prefer.

The tablet contains vegetable cellulose and magnesium stearate (a vegetable lubricant) as the other ingredients. The label states it is made without GMOs, milk, soy, eggs, yeast, wheat, rose hips, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, crustacean shellfish, animal products, fillers, starch, sweeteners, colourings, flavourings and preservatives.
