This MegaFood magnesium tablet is certified vegan, kosher and Non-GMO Project verified, and it is made without milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, wheat, fish, shellfish and sesame. The brand also says it tests for more than 125 pesticides and herbicides, and that the product is glyphosate residue free.

How to use
