Men CollagenYoutheory Men Collagen, 290 Tablets

Collagen peptides in a tablet

Youtheory's Men Collagen supplies collagen peptides, a protein that the manufacturer describes as the major structural protein in hair, skin, joints, bones and connective tissue. The label states 5,000 mg of pure collagen peptides per serving, with added vitamin C and biotin.

A no-filler tablet and large pack

Youtheory describes the formula as free of binders and fillers, dairy free, soy free and made without gluten ingredients. A serving is six tablets, so a bottle of 290 lasts about 48 days.

How to use

Adults take six tablets per day, either all at once or in divided doses.
