Mega EPA/DHALife Extension Mega EPA/DHA, 120 Softgels

A concentrated fish oil in easy-to-swallow softgels

Mega EPA/DHA uses a highly refined, clear concentrate of fish oil that is described as pure and fresh, and which contains the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA. The manufacturer states that it is made with fresh, sustainably sourced fish.

Ingredients and label notes

The fish oil concentrate comes from one or more of anchovy, jack mackerel, mackerel and sardine. The softgel shell uses fish gelatin (from tilapia) with glycerin, purified water, natural flavour, mixed tocopherols and rosemary extract. The label lists the product as gluten free and LE Certified non-GMO.

How to use

Read the entire label and follow the directions carefully. Take two softgels one to two times daily with meals, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
