Kirkman describes Advanced Mineral Support as high-potency and states that it is ultra tested and made to cGMP standards. Several of the minerals come in bisglycinate, chelate or citrate forms, and the capsule shell is made from hypromellose and water.
What a serving provides
A serving is two capsules. The label lists calcium 200 mg, magnesium 100 mg, zinc 15 mg, iron 2 mg, iodine 50 mcg, selenium 25 mcg and vitamin D3 2 mcg (60 IU) per serving, alongside further minerals including manganese. The magnesium comes from oxide, glycinate chelate and citrate forms.
