A broad vitamin profile per serving

Each four-capsule serving of Spectrum Complete II lists 600 mcg RAE (2,000 IU) vitamin A from retinol and beta-carotene, 300 mg vitamin C, 10 mcg (400 IU) vitamin D3 and 20 mg (30 IU) vitamin E. The B group includes 5 mg thiamine, 7 mg riboflavin-5-phosphate, 20 mg NE niacinamide, 10 mg vitamin B6, 170 mcg vitamin B12, 100 mcg biotin and 10 mg pantothenic acid, alongside 25 mg choline.

Folate as 5-MTHF

The folate is supplied as L-5-MTHF calcium, at 225 mcg DFE per serving. Minerals are also part of the blend, and Kirkman describes the formula as hypoallergenic, gluten free, Ultra Tested and made under cGMP.

A 75-day bottle

At the label amount of four capsules a day, the 300 capsules last 75 days. The bottle is on the larger side, at around 15.7 x 8 x 8 cm.
