Vitamin and mineral amounts per serving

Each four-capsule serving lists 1,000 mg vitamin C, 20 mg (30 IU) vitamin E and 75 mcg selenium from selenium glycinate complex. Calcium D-glucarate contributes 500 mg, and together with dicalcium phosphate the serving supplies 145 mg calcium and 67 mg phosphorus.

Kirkman's proprietary blend

The rest of the formula sits in a proprietary blend that includes Setria L-glutathione, milk thistle fruit extract, turmeric root extract and N-acetyl-L-cysteine. Kirkman describes the product as hypoallergenic, gluten free, Ultra Tested and made under cGMP.

Split across the day

The directions divide the serving into two capsules in the morning and two in the evening. At that rate the 120-capsule bottle provides 30 servings, about a month's supply, in a bottle of around 13 x 6.5 x 6.5 cm.
