Kirkman Labs positions this formula for the period from before conception, through pregnancy and into the months after birth. Each four-capsule serving lists vitamin A as beta-carotene (770 mcg RAE), 85 mg vitamin C, 50 mcg vitamin D3, 25 mg (37 IU) vitamin E and 90 mcg vitamin K1, along with choline and iron.

The manufacturer states that the formula is Purity Laboratories certified and tested for 24 heavy metals and 120 environmental toxins. Kirkman also describes it as hypoallergenic, gluten free, ObGyn formulated and made under cGMP.
