Two forms of vitamin B6

This version of Super Nu-Thera supplies vitamin B6 as both pyridoxine HCl and P5P (pyridoxal-5-phosphate). Kirkman states the formula is ultra tested and made to cGMP standards, with capsule shells made from hypromellose and water.

Selected amounts per serving

A two-capsule serving lists vitamin B6 40 mg, vitamin C 250 mg, vitamin E 10 mg, vitamins B1 and B2 7.5 mg each, niacinamide 10 mg, folate 333 mcg DFE, vitamin B12 5 mcg and biotin 100 mcg. Minerals include calcium 175 mg, magnesium 120 mg and iodine 50 mcg, among others.

A large bottle

The bottle holds 360 capsules, which is 180 servings, or about six months at two capsules a day. The label states the formula is free of milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy and sesame.

This version is made without vitamins A and D, so it may not suit you if you want those included in a single multivitamin.
