What aged black garlic is
Black garlic is ordinary raw garlic that has been aged for several weeks under carefully controlled heat and humidity. The process changes its flavour, colour and composition, and Horbaach concentrates it here as a 100:1 extract in tablet form.
Two tablets a day
A serving is two tablets, providing 150 mg of aged black garlic extract, which the brand states is equivalent to 15,000 mg of black garlic. At that rate the 180 tablets last around three months.
A flat, letterbox-friendly pouch
The tablets come in a slim pouch of roughly 11.5 x 19.5 cm that the brand describes as letterbox-friendly. Horbaach notes that it is updating its packaging, so the design you receive may differ from the images while the contents stay the same.
How to use
