Rosehips are the fruit that forms below the petals of the wild dog rose, Rosa canina. These tablets use a 20:1 rosehip extract, and the manufacturer notes that rosehips naturally contain vitamin C, vitamin E and polyphenols.
Two tablets a day for two months
The daily serving is two tablets, and the bottle holds 120, so it lasts around 60 days. The pack measures about 5 x 5 x 10 cm, making it easy to keep alongside other daily supplements.
