This Seeking Health formula uses unmethylated forms of folate and vitamin B12. It is a dissolving lozenge sweetened with xylitol and flavoured with natural cherry flavour.

Flexible portions

The lozenge can be broken into smaller pieces if a smaller amount is wanted. Because it may interfere with sleep, it should not be taken within five hours of bedtime.

What comes in the pack

The bottle holds 60 lozenges, which is 60 days at one lozenge a day. The label lists the formula as free from dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, sesame, GMO and gluten.

How to use
