B Complex MFSeeking Health B Complex MF, 100 Capsules

A methyl-free B vitamin blend

The label describes this as a methyl-free formula, using unmethylated active forms of the B vitamins rather than methylated ones. It is sold in a vegetarian capsule, and the brand lists it as free from dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, sesame, gluten and GMOs.

Taking it with food

The label suggests one capsule with food as needed, and not within 5 hours of bedtime, as it may interfere with sleep. A bottle of 100 capsules is a long supply at that rate, and the product should be used as directed by your healthcare professional.

How to use

As needed, take 1 capsule with food. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep. Use as directed by your healthcare professional.
