Saccharomyces Boulardii Seeking Health Saccharomyces Boulardii 5 Billion CFU, 60 Capsules

A probiotic yeast that does not need the fridge

Saccharomyces boulardii is a probiotic yeast rather than a bacterium, and this version uses the Lynside PRO SCB ingredient. The brand describes it as temperature-tolerant, and the label says there is no need to refrigerate it, although it should not be frozen. That makes it easy to keep in a cupboard or carry when travelling.

Flexible for swallowing and mixing

Each vegetarian capsule (hypromellose, water and gellan gum) provides 5 billion CFU. The brand says the contents can be mixed into food or drinks, which may suit anyone who prefers not to swallow capsules whole. The label lists the formula as free from dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, sesame, gluten, GMO and artificial colours or flavours.
