Iron as ferrous fumarate in a single daily tablet
The iron in this formula comes from ferrous fumarate and is combined with vitamin C as ascorbic acid, folic acid and vitamin B12 as cyanocobalamin. Calcium carbonate and microcrystalline cellulose make up the tablet base. It is designed for adult men and women and is free from artificial colours and preservatives.
Fits morning or evening routines
You take one tablet each day, and the manufacturer says it can be taken morning or night, ideally with a meal. Horbäach states that a pack gives more than six months of supply at that rate.
Pouch packaging
The tablets come in a resealable pouch that is slim enough to fit through a letterbox, measuring about 11.5 x 3.5 x 20 cm. The manufacturer is updating its packaging, so the design you receive may differ from the photos.
How to use
Adults take one tablet a day, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the stated dose.
