Concentrated tart cherry in tablet form

These tablets use a 50:1 Montmorency cherry fruit extract from Prunus cerasus, the tart cherry variety native to much of Europe and south-west Asia. Taking the fruit as a tablet offers an alternative to cherry juice, which the manufacturer notes can be high in sugar.

Three tablets with a meal

The daily serving is three tablets, ideally taken with food. Dicalcium phosphate and microcrystalline cellulose form the base of each tablet, which has a glaze made from polydextrose, HPMC, maltodextrin and guar gum. The tablets are suitable for vegans and vegetarians and are intended for adult men and women.

A large bottle

With 200 tablets in the bottle, the manufacturer states there is over two months of supply at the stated serving. The bottle measures about 5 x 5 x 9 cm, and packaging is being updated, so the label may look different.

How to use

Adults take three tablets a day, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the stated dose.
