Teen Multivitamin Gummies with Omega 3 6 9 Horbäach Teen Multivitamin Gummies with Omega 3 6 9 - 60 Count

Vitamins, minerals and flaxseed omegas together

These chewable gummies combine a teen multivitamin with omega 3-6-9 fatty acids from flaxseed oil, so one daily serving covers both. The nutrient list includes vitamins A, C, D3, E, B6 and B12, plus choline, iodine, zinc and folic acid. The gummies are palm oil free.

A berry gummy instead of a capsule

Natural strawberry and raspberry flavourings give the gummies their taste, and the colour comes from anthocyanins. It is a chewable format for teenagers who find capsules hard to swallow or would rather not take a tablet.

How long a bottle lasts

Each bottle holds 60 gummies. At the recommended two a day, that works out at around a month of use. The bottle measures roughly 6.3 x 6.3 x 11.3 cm.

How to use

For teenagers aged 13 and over, take two gummies a day, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the stated dose.
