A refreshing spearmint clean
This Botanique paste has a cool, refreshing spearmint taste and foams as you brush. Himalaya says that, with regular brushing, the formula helps remove plaque and is designed for fresh breath, healthy-looking gums and brighter-looking teeth.
What goes into the formula
Calcium carbonate is the main cleaning base, supported by hydrated silica, baking soda and zinc citrate. Organic menthol joins botanicals such as amla, vidanga and two myrobalan fruits, and stevia adds sweetness. It is free from triclosan, carrageenan and gluten, has no artificial colours or animal testing, and is vegan.

The 5.29 oz (150 g) tube comes in BPA-free packaging. Himalaya states that it has been family owned for more than 90 years.
How to use
Brush thoroughly after each meal, or at least twice a day, or as directed by a dentist. Children under six should use a pea-sized amount with adult supervision. For children under two, ask your dentist first.
Before you choose
This toothpaste contains no fluoride, so it will not suit anyone who specifically wants a fluoride paste. Store at room temperature. US-market product: packaging and label wording may differ from UK versions.
