Pro-Bio is a single-capsule probiotic that names each of its strains on the label, so you can see exactly what is in the blend. Seven are Lactobacillus species, including L. acidophilus, L. rhamnosus and L. plantarum, and the eighth is Bacillus subtilis. The manufacturer describes the capsule as formulated to survive the acidic environment of the stomach.
No fridge needed
Enzymedica states the capsules keep their potency at room temperature, so the bottle can live in a cupboard rather than the fridge. Keep the lid closed, store it somewhere dry and away from heat, and it is easy to fit into a morning routine.
What is in the bottle

The capsule shell is made from gellan gum, HPMC and water, and the label lists it as free from casein, crustaceans, eggs, fish, gluten, milk, nuts, sesame, shellfish, soy and wheat, with no artificial colours, fillers or flavours. How to use
Take 1 capsule a day with water, ideally on an empty stomach, one hour before or two hours after a meal.
