Three forms of magnesium

The formula uses three forms of magnesium: ATA Mg (a patented form), glycinate and malate. Enzymedica describes the product as vegan and as a dietary supplement. The label states it contains no casein, crustaceans, eggs, fish, gluten, milk, nuts, sesame, shellfish, soy or wheat, and no artificial colours, fillers or flavours.

Pack and serving

The suggested serving is one capsule twice a day, so the 120 capsule pack lasts 60 days. The capsule is hypromellose and the remaining ingredients are rice hulls and l-leucine. Natural speckling may occur.

Take 1 capsule, 2 times a day.
