What a three-capsule serving lists
Each serving of three soft-gels lists 360 mg of Brazilian green propolis extract, 45 mg of vitamin E as d-alpha-tocopherol and 275 mg of alpha-linolenic acid, an omega-3 fatty acid. A proprietary probiotic and postbiotic blend and astaxanthin are also included.
Propolis paired with a probiotic extract
The formula was developed by microbiologist Iichiroh Ohhira, Ph.D., combining Brazilian green propolis with the brand's probiotic-rich vegetable extract. The manufacturer notes that the propolis contains polyphenols including p-coumaric and cinnamic acids, artepillin-C and kaempferide.
Blister-packed and vegetarian
The capsules are blister-packed and do not need refrigeration. The soft-gel shell is made from roasted starch, glycerin, carrageenan from red seaweed and beeswax, and the product is certified vegetarian by AVA with no dairy or gluten.
How to use
Take three capsules a day with water, ideally one in the morning, one in the afternoon and one in the evening, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
